Based in Wallenhorst near Osnabrück, for more than 35 years we have been supporting major companies both in Germany and beyond with every aspect of their market and social research needs. Our focus is on the provision of innovative solutions, bespoke research design and decision-oriented market research consulting services.

We are one of Germany’s leading providers of quantitative and qualitative market research in the Healthcare Research sector. Our customers include some of the world’s largest pharmaceutical companies.

In order to strengthen our team in the area of Global Healthcare Research, we are looking for an experienced market researcher to start work at the next available opportunity.

Your duties: 

• Independent conceptualisation, planning and development of quantitative and qualitative market research projects 
• Coordination of sometimes very complex and demanding national and international surveys 
• Hypothesis-based data analysis using all the main analysis methodologies 
• Reporting and presentation of survey results to the customer 
• Problem-oriented development of specific recommendations 
• Comprehensive customer care from taking the brief through to advice during implementation 
• Helping to ensure the loyalty of existing customers and to acquire new customers
  

Your profile 

• University degree (or equivalent) 
• At least 2 years’ experience in quantitative market research 
• Experience with all the main survey methodologies (CAPI, CATI, CAWI) 
• In-depth understanding of statistics and methodologies (incl. SPSS) 
• Excellent communication and social skills 
• Outstanding analytical ability and a confident presentation manner 
• Good knowledge of MS Office 
• Excellent English language skills (or native speaker) and ideally at least one
  other language
  

Experience of the above-mentioned industries (ethical products, OTC, medicinal products) would also be desirable, but is not a requirement.
