Currently, Design Thinking is probably the most popular method for systematic, creative, and customer-centric innovation development. However, many steps of the design thinking process have been part of market researchers’ core business for decades. We contribute our research expertise to the design thinking processes, and have therefore had ten of our employees trained to become Certified Facilitators Design Thinking.
