10 new Certified Facilitators Design Thinking for P+M

Food for thought

Design Thinking is conquering the corporate community and poses new challenges for the market research industry!

Currently, Design Thinking is probably the most popular method for systematic, creative, and customer-centric innovation development. However, many steps of the design thinking process have been part of market researchers’ core business for decades. We contribute our research expertise to the design thinking processes, and have therefore had ten of our employees trained to become Certified Facilitators Design Thinking.

In January 2018, numerous experts of renowned companies from various industries joined us at our inspiring Hamburg Innovation Breakfast; together we discussed how design thinking is currently changing market research, and how market research can make design thinking even more successful.
