Heiner Junker explains and illustrates how arresting ideas can be successfully developed. Based on the results of countless innovation projects, he demonstrates why you need rules to break rules, why openness without limits never works, and how it is possible to benefit from bad ideas as well.

Young, dynamic, successful – and potential future customers. Challenges around young adults and brand choice in the service sector.

Pupils, apprentices, college students, and young professionals. Many different things matter while transitioning to adulthood. However, insurance policies, financial products, utilities, etc. are hardly ever the biggest talking point. Eventually the moment will come when it is time to choose “the right” provider for oneself. A mixed-method-approach was applied to map out the journey to choosing a provider, how brands are perceived, and why some providers are more successful than others.

BRAND|View – Brands under new perspective

BRAND|VIEW is an innovative research tool that makes brands come alive. It activates those polled by means of a playful approach and consequently provides the customer with qualitative insights as well as valid results. The interviewees decide how brands would act in everyday situations. BRAND|VIEW provides clear and inspiring results that stand out from the usual flood of data, and therefore allows for numerous opportunities for storytelling. Since the results are academically grounded in a relational model for images as well as a relational model for brands, they can be validly interpreted and also facilitate scientifically sound analyses.

With our validated picture gallery tool VAL|LERY, trade visitors could emotionally measure the touch points they experienced during their customer journey. Additionally, our online community IN|SPIARY allowed them to generate authentic insights and distinct ideas together with their target group. On top of that, visitors had the chance to convince themselves of the playful approach and intuitive question style of our latest market research tool BRAND|VIEW by joining a live survey and “becoming a brand”.
