Many of our projects are designed to help Product and Brand Managers prepare for the launch and market introduction of their brands.
P+M deploys a variety of qualitative techniques to assist with early stage concept development and testing. These may take the form of traditional and online focus groups, in-depth interviews or methods such as ethnographic studies and user experience research.
Technical positioning and messaging development again involve qualitative methods to support design, followed by quantitative validation exercises designed to ensure that our clients’ product positioning is on the correct path.
Pricing is a P+M specialist discipline and we are able to deploy award winning industry expertise in addition to in-house pricing simulation tools which provide our clients with clear pricing parameters along with potential market volumes and values according to different pricing scenarios.
