Application Development
To strengthen our Data Processing & Analytics team at our Wallenhorst location, we are looking for a Software Developer (m/f/d) focusing on application development to join us as soon as possible.
Your Specific Tasks
As a Developer (m/f/d) for Application Development, you are a key success factor in our projects. You develop internal software to enhance and optimize our work processes.
- Software Lifecycle: You oversee the entire process—from requirements analysis through design and development to programming and maintenance of complex, multi-layered systems.
- Project Management & Consulting: You support departments with technical and conceptual IT expertise in modeling, requirements analysis, and business process optimization.
- Managing External Partners: You coordinate external developers and ensure the successful implementation of work packages.
What You Bring
We are looking for team players with a sense of responsibility and quality awareness who are willing to share their knowledge. Ideally, you have:
- Education & Experience: An IT education is desirable; more important are solid references and practical IT experience.
- Professional Experience: Initial practice in software development.
- Programming Skills: Python and/or Java as well as JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
- Databases: Experience in development and administration, ideally with PostgreSQL.
- Technologies: Knowledge in REST APIs and web application development is advantageous.
- Language Skills: German – Fluent (at least C1 level)
