Feedback Interviews

Test if your ideas are on the path to success
Are you on track with your ideas and prototypes? This is determined by users and stakeholders. Therefore, on your journey to the best solution, you'll frequently pause to gather feedback. During this process, you'll assess various aspects of the prototypes, such as core functionality, technical feasibility, and intuitive usability. You proceed iteratively, using insights from the feedback to enhance your solution. Subsequently, you'll collect feedback again to continue optimizing. Each testing phase provides you with new insights about users and prototypes. With each iteration cycle, the prototypes become more realistic as they gain in detail and functionality. The more detailed you wish to test, the more carefully and professionally the tests need to be planned and executed.

To receive honest and helpful judgments, you should follow certain rules during feedback interviews. We show you what these are in this video.

Our Tip:
Conduct a portion of the feedback interviews yourself during the first iteration, and later leave the interviewing and analysis to the professionals. This way, you can prevent a strong bias in the collection and interpretation of results.

Try engaging with an ongoing online user community. This way, you always have the opportunity to gather feedback and make adjustments.
