To reinforce our Global Agribusiness Research team, we are looking for an ambitious Research Manager (m/f/d) who shares our motivation to strive for an ever better understanding of people and markets – We would also like to encourage farmers* with university degrees to apply for this position, in order to accompany  the digital transformation of agriculture with us from the market research side.


Your duties will include:

The success of our work stands and falls with our employees. As a Research Manager, you design and accompany projects for our clients from start to finish:
  • As part of a team, you will develop research designs, prepare proposals and coordinate field partners at home and abroad.
  • You participate in workshops and expert interviews.
  • You interpret data, find the relevant results and derive solutions, which you prepare and present to clients.
  • You develop yourself and take on responsibility. As you gain experience, you will lead your own projects.


What we expect from you:

We are looking for a person who feels comfortable in a team, who contributes and exchanges ideas. If you are passionate about an idea, you can inspire others and win them over to your idea:
  • Thanks to a university degree, you will quickly get to grips with market research and marketing issues. Initial practical experience or industry knowledge in agriculture or related areas is ideal.
  • You have good knowledge of statistics and methods as well as experience in using common statistical tools such as SPSS or R. Ideally, you also have initial experience in market research and marketing.
  • Ideally, you also have initial experience from qualitative research projects.
  • You are convincing with words - in German as well as in English.
  • You work confidently with MS Office applications and are creative in the preparation and visualisation of market research results.
