P+M trains international design thinkers

Building, crafting, inventing effectively – As an innovation approach, Design Thinking is also becoming increasingly popular with companies. Therefore it is all the more important for us to make our proven methods and our expertise in the field available internationally as well. In order to achieve this goal, we have trained selected WIN partners from five different countries in Design Thinking.

In a hands-on seminar, our certified facilitator Design Thinking Julia Koch and the participants discussed the various techniques available for use during the different stages of the Design Thinking process. Under her guidance, the prospective design thinkers learned and practiced the individual methods.

Whether the headstand technique, carousel technique or stimulus word method – at the end of the seminar the participants had the chance to prove their newly acquired skills in their very own workshop, which they also had to design and moderate on their own. This was the most difficult yet also the most exciting part of the seminar.

All new moderators mastered this test very well. We are therefore looking forward to many exciting international projects together with our partners and colleagues: Myriam and Philippe from BVA in France, Anabril and Catalina from Activa in Chile, Charlotte from the Red C-Office in Great Britain as well as Susan from Leger in Canada.

Our participants’ Voices

"Thanks a lot for the training, it was very interesting and we already imagine how to use all the techniques we went through. We really think it could improve our approaches in the future. Moreover, we appreciate a lot the organization and the general mood. Thanks again!"
Philippe Baviere, BVA

Thank you so much for last week’s training – you ran the sessions perfectly, and I feel really inspired by all the new techniques and thought processes that you taught us.  I’m so pleased that I came along!
